Our story began with a bold idea: what if offices could be smarter, more flexible, and built around how teams actually grow? When a project fell through, we saw an opportunity to rethink workspace design and usage. We were among the first in India to introduce the per-seat model. By 2017, we had onboarded major clients and rebranded to Officebing, setting the stage for our broader vision.

We’ve been instrumental in shaping India’s coworking and managed office industry. Over nine years, we have delivered more than 1 million square feet of future-ready office space to over 500 clients, from startups to global enterprises. We have a growing presence in six major business hubs across India.
